Everbright Greentech Secures RMB1 Billion Through Note Issuance

China Everbright Greentech Ltd. (HK:1257) has released an update.

China Everbright Greentech Ltd. has successfully completed the issuance of its 2024 second tranche medium-term note, raising RMB1 billion for debt repayment, working capital replenishment, and environmental protection projects. The medium-term note, with a fixed interest rate of 2.24% per annum, will mature in five years on July 29, 2029. The issuance was led by Everbright Securities and other major banks, strengthening the company’s financial position and supporting its business development.
