EV Resources Limited (AU:EVR) has released an update.
EV Resources Limited has secured a one-year extension on their option to acquire the remaining 50% stake in the Don Enrique Copper-Silver Project, with the new deadline set for May 5, 2025. The company, which already owns half of the project, must invest at least $500,000 by the end of this period to avoid reverting to a joint venture with a cash penalty. Don Enrique is a promising exploration project with significant copper and silver findings, supported by local community and infrastructure.
