Payment Solutions Plc, a leading European payments and mobility service provider for the Commercial Road Transportation industry, has announced the grant of Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) Awards to CFO Oskar Zahn. The awards include Performance and Restricted Share Awards totaling over 1.5 million shares, which are set to vest on the third anniversary of the grant, subject to performance and service conditions.
