Europlasma SA has announced an Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting for shareholders on September 24, 2024, to deliberate on the financial accounts of the previous year, following a delay due to the acquisition of MG-Valdunes’ assets. Shareholders will be represented by an ad hoc representative appointed by the Mont-de-Marsan Commercial Court. Meeting documents will be accessible on Europlasma’s website, and details have been published in the legal notices bulletin.
