The meeting will include votes on financial statements, capital operations, and shareholder resolutions, such as capital reduction and share consolidation aimed at market price stabilization and investor interest. Shareholders unable to attend can vote by correspondence or appoint a proxy, with the company also appointing an ad hoc proxy to ensure neutral representation of defaulting shareholders.
