European Metals Holdings Transitions to Australia

European Metals Holdings (GB:EMH) has released an update.

European Metals Holdings Limited has successfully registered as an Australian company, shifting its domicile from the British Virgin Islands to Australia, a move approved by shareholders and aimed at improving administrative efficiency and cost savings. The company’s shares will be re-admitted to the AIM market, with trading expected to start on or around May 10, 2024. This strategic transition is anticipated to enhance the company’s eligibility for European development funding, particularly for its significant Cinovec Lithium Project in Europe.
