Goldplay Mining, Inc. (TSE:EUP) has released an update.
EuroPacific Metals Inc. has revised a significant partnership agreement with BMP Holding and Indice Crucial Lda, impacting the ownership of the Barrancos Copper-Gold project and additional gold properties in Portugal. Under the new terms, EuroPacific will more favourably acquire additional shares in the project, which initially began with a 20% stake purchased for €100,000 and 100,000 EuroPacific shares. This amendment promises a more advantageous position for EuroPacific in the staged acquisition of the Portuguese copper-gold assets.
