EuroPacific Metals Inc. successfully held its annual general meeting, with shareholders voting in favor of all proposed resolutions, including the re-appointment of auditors, the election of five directors, and the re-approval of the company’s stock option plan. The meeting also marked a change in the board, as Diana Alvarez, an experienced paralegal in corporate and securities law, joined the board, while Andrew Marshall did not seek re-election and Mark Luchinski resigned shortly after.
