Europa Metals Ltd has successfully raised £115,000 through the issuance of convertible loan notes to sophisticated investors. These funds are earmarked for general working capital and due diligence on a proposed reverse takeover (RTO) of Viridian Metals. The notes offer an 8% annual coupon and can be converted into company shares at a discounted rate.
