Euronav NV announced the approval of the annual accounts and a gross distribution of USD 4.57 per share for the financial year 2023 at their General Shareholders meeting. The distribution includes a dividend and a share premium distribution with specific portions subject to withholding tax. The dividend will be paid on 31 May 2024, following the ex-dividend date on 22 May and record date on 23 May.
