Euronav (EURN) has released an update.
Euronav NV announced the approval of its name change to CMB.TECH NV at the extraordinary general meeting, with the change effective from October 1, 2024. Shareholders approved a distribution of $0.88 per share and an interim dividend of $0.27 per share for fiscal year 2024. Additionally, the company notified about the forthcoming ticker update from EURN to CMBT on Euronext and NYSE, set for July 15, and the launch of a new website.
