Euromax Resources Ltd. has announced the successful revocation of a cease trade order by the Ontario Securities Commission and the completion of its second tranche of private placement, raising approximately USD 122,112 through the issuance of units. The company is now preparing to apply for reinstatement for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and has reported a total of over 553 million common shares outstanding following the placement.
