Euromax Resources Ltd. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, issuing over 3.3 million units at C$0.02 each, resulting in C$66,041.62 in gross proceeds. The funds raised are earmarked for administrative costs, salaries, legal fees, project capital, and accounting expenses. The company’s focus remains on developing the Ilovica-Shtuka gold-copper project in North Macedonia.
