Eurocell (GB:ECEL) has released an update.
Eurocell plc has recently executed a share buyback on the London Stock Exchange, purchasing 228,138 of its own ordinary shares at a unified price of 133.50 pence per share, which will subsequently be cancelled. Following this transaction, Eurocell’s total issued share capital consists of 106,183,590 shares, with an additional 642,000 shares held in treasury. This latest move by Eurocell could reflect the company’s confidence in its own financial health and may influence shareholder value.
