Eurocell (GB:ECEL) has released an update.
Eurocell plc has successfully executed a share buyback, purchasing 192,378 ordinary shares at a uniform price of 133.50 pence per share, which will result in the shares being cancelled. Following this transaction, Eurocell’s total issued share capital, excluding treasury shares, stands at 106,633,287 shares, with the same number of voting rights remaining for shareholders. The buyback reflects the company’s ongoing capital management strategy.
