Eurocell (GB:ECEL) has released an update.
Eurocell plc has successfully completed a buyback of 156,827 ordinary shares at a uniform price of 133.50 pence per share, subsequently reducing the company’s issued share capital to 107,153,101 shares. These actions are part of the company’s strategy to manage its share capital effectively, and following the cancellation, the total number of voting rights in the company aligns with the remaining issued shares.
