Eurocell (GB:ECEL) has released an update.
Eurocell plc has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 153,182 of its ordinary shares at a price of 133.50 pence per share, which will be subsequently cancelled. This recent transaction reduces the total number of Eurocell’s ordinary shares, thereby consolidating shareholder value. The company now holds 642,000 shares in treasury, with the total number of voting rights set at 107,309,928.
