Eurocell plc, a prominent company in their sector, has recently bought back 41,493 of its own shares at a uniform price of 130 pence per share, resulting in the shares’ cancellation. Post transaction, the company holds 642,000 shares in treasury, with the total issued share capital, excluding treasury shares, standing at 104,455,318 shares. Shareholders are advised that this new share count serves as the basis for calculating any changes in their shareholding interests as per regulatory requirements.
