Eurocell (GB:ECEL) has released an update.
Eurocell plc has successfully completed the buyback of 131,661 of its ordinary shares at a uniform price of 130.00 pence per share, which will result in the shares being cancelled. This action leaves Eurocell with 642,000 shares held in treasury, and an adjusted issued share capital of 107,463,110 shares, which will be the new denominator for shareholder notifications under the FCA’s rules.
