Eurocell (GB:ECEL) has released an update.
Eurocell plc has announced a buyback of its shares, purchasing 252,657 ordinary shares at a price of 132 pence each, which will subsequently be cancelled. Following this buyback, the company’s total issued share capital will consist of 105,226,561 shares, with 642,000 shares held in treasury. This action may impact shareholders’ notifications regarding their interest in the company under the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
