Eurazeo has invested in Rydoo, a global provider of expense management software, to support its continued growth and international expansion. Rydoo, which serves over 3000 clients across 132 countries, has shown strong performance with a +32% organic CAGR and €20+m in annual recurring revenue. This partnership aims to bolster innovation and customer satisfaction, with Eurazeo becoming the majority shareholder and previous financial sponsor Marlin Equity Partners remaining invested.
