Eurasia Mining PLC has announced a delay in publishing its Annual Report for 2023 due to audit complexities and an upgrade of accounting systems. The report is now expected four weeks past the original 30 June 2024 deadline, which will result in the suspension of the company’s shares on AIM starting 1 July 2024. If the suspension lasts six months, the shares face cancellation from trading on AIM.
