Eumundi Group Director Bolsters Shareholding

Eumundi Group Limited (AU:EBG) has released an update.

Eumundi Group Limited has disclosed a change in the holdings of director Joseph Michael Ganim, who has increased his direct and indirect shareholdings through participation in a dividend reinvestment plan. Ganim acquired a total of 339,321 ordinary shares across his direct and indirect interests, with the transactions valued at $1.074 per share. Following the change, Ganim now holds 719,383 direct shares and 12,302,189 indirect shares in the company.
