Euglena Co., Ltd. has resolved to make a final investment decision on a biorefinery project in Malaysia, planning to enter into a shareholders’ agreement with partners PETRONAS and Enilive S.p.A by August 2024. The collaborative venture will establish the joint venture company in Q4 2024, aiming to commence biorefinery operations by the second half of 2028 with expectations of producing up to 725,000 kiloliters of biofuels annually.
