Compagnie Industrielle et Financiere d’Entreprises SA (FR:INFE) has released an update.
ETPO Group SA, formerly CIFE, held its combined Ordinary General and Extraordinary Meeting on June 25, 2024, where shareholders approved all board-proposed resolutions including fiscal year 2023 accounts, director mandates, and a company name change to ETPO Group SA. Following the meeting, the Board of Directors confirmed a dividend payment of 0.59 euros per share scheduled for July 4, 2024. ETPO Group, with a €242 million turnover and over 700 employees, is mainly active in construction with a presence in France, overseas departments, Africa, and Canada.
