Ethernity CEO Boosts Stake with New Shares and Warrants

Ethernity Networks Ltd. (GB:ENET) has released an update.

Ethernity Networks Ltd announced that its CEO, David Levi, has subscribed for over 9 million new ordinary shares at 0.3p each, raising £27,025 for the company. Levi was also granted an equal number of Warrants, exercisable at 0.75p per share for 18 months. Following the subscription, the company’s share capital will increase, with Levi holding a 4.24% stake post-admission.
