The Estée Lauder Companies (EL) has provided an announcement.
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. secured a $2.5 billion unsecured revolving credit facility on June 7, 2024, which has replaced its previous facility of the same amount. This five-year credit line, administered by JPMorgan Chase Bank and available to both the company and its eligible subsidiaries, will support general corporate activities. With options to deal in multiple currencies and the possibility of expanding the facility by $500 million, Estée Lauder also maintains various covenants and the ability to issue letters of credit up to $150 million, ensuring flexibility and fiscal security for the company’s future endeavors.
