The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. has announced the appointment of Akhil Shrivastava as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2024. Shrivastava, who has been with the company since August 2015, will succeed Tracey T. Travis after her retirement. His new role comes with an employment agreement that includes a base salary of $900,000, a bonus target of $1,000,000, and an annual equity-award opportunity valued at $1,900,000. Shrivastava’s benefits are in line with the company’s standard for executive officers, with the possibility of modification by the Compensation Committee, barring any changes in control.
