Esstra Industries Inc. has appointed Alexander Damouni, an executive with over 20 years of experience, as the new CEO and Director, alongside Sohrab Jahanbani as Strategic Advisor. Following the leadership change where former CEO Virginia Olnick stepped down but stayed on the Board, the company also issued over 800,000 stock options to key personnel.
