Essentra plc has disclosed that as of May 31, 2024, its issued share capital comprises 291,689,301 ordinary shares, with 3,627,057 held in treasury. Consequently, there are 288,062,244 ordinary shares in the market with voting rights. Shareholders should use this figure as the basis for reporting changes in their holdings in compliance with the FCA’s transparency rules.
