Essentra (GB:ESNT) has released an update.
Essentra plc has announced the buyback of 11,500 of its own ordinary shares on May 23, 2024, at a uniform price of 183.8000 GBp per share as part of its buyback program initiated last year. The repurchased shares are intended to be cancelled, which will leave the company with 288,062,244 ordinary shares in issue. This move is part of Essentra’s effort to manage its share capital and will affect the total number of voting rights available to shareholders.
