Essentra (GB:ESNT) has released an update.
Essentra plc has announced the buyback of 11,500 of its ordinary shares on July 3, 2024, as part of its ongoing share buyback program that began in March 2023. The shares were bought through Peel Hunt LLP at a uniform price of 160.29 GBp per share, and the company plans to cancel these shares. This action will leave Essentra with 287,924,244 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury-held shares, which will subsequently adjust the total number of voting rights for shareholders.
