Essentra (GB:ESNT) has released an update.
Essentra plc has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 11,500 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 166.2 GBp per share, as part of its ongoing buyback program that was announced in March 2023. The company plans to cancel these shares, which will adjust the total number of voting rights available to shareholders. This transaction is consistent with regulatory compliance and part of Essentra’s capital management strategy.
