Essentra (GB:ESNT) has released an update.
Essentra plc has announced the buyback of 11,500 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 169.8 GBp per share, a step taken under the company’s buyback program initiated in March 2023. The company plans to cancel these shares, which will subsequently reduce the total number of voting rights and shares in issue. Shareholders will need to use the updated total of 287,981,744 shares as the denominator for disclosures under the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
