Essentra (GB:ESNT) has released an update.
Essentra plc has reported the buyback of 11,500 of its ordinary shares at a price of 165.6 pence per share as part of its ongoing buyback program initiated in March 2023. The company plans to cancel these shares, which will subsequently reduce the total number of voting rights and shares in issue. Shareholders are advised to use the new total of 288,016,244 shares as the denominator for any calculations related to changes in share ownership.
