Essentra (GB:ESNT) has released an update.
Essentra plc has recently purchased 11,500 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 163 pence per share, as part of its ongoing share buyback program initiated in March 2023. These shares are set to be cancelled, which will leave the company with 287,947,244 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury-held shares. This move is expected to influence the total number of voting rights and shareholder notifications under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
