Esperion Stockholders Approve Key Proposals at Annual Meeting

Esperion (ESPR) just unveiled an update.

At the Company’s Annual Meeting, stockholders made pivotal decisions including the election of Antonio M. Gotto Jr. and Nicole Vitullo as Class II directors, approval of executive compensation, ratification of Ernst & Young LLP as the independent auditor, and the endorsement of amendments to increase share allocations for both the 2022 Plan and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
