EROAD Limited (ERDLF) has released an update.
EROAD Limited has announced the issuance of 457,253 Performance Share Rights (PSRs) at no cost, under its Share Retention Plan, which now total 2,867,703 PSRs on issue. These PSRs, which don’t confer voting rights or dividends, will vest on March 5, 2025, assuming participants remain employed and no termination notice has been received. Upon vesting, PSRs will convert into ordinary shares and rank equally with existing shares.
