Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (ERIC) has released an update.
Ericsson has announced the composition of its Nomination Committee for the upcoming 2025 Annual General Meeting, adhering to guidelines established in 2012. The committee, chaired by Johan Forssell of Investor AB, includes representatives from major shareholders and the Chair of the Board of Directors, Jan Carlson. Shareholders are invited to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee in advance of the AGM for consideration.
