ERA’s Jabiluka Lease Offer Withdrawn Amidst Non-renewal

Energy Resources of Australia Ltd. Class A (AU:ERA) has released an update.

Energy Resources of Australia Ltd. (ERA) has publicly acknowledged receiving, and subsequent withdrawal of, a non-binding $550 million offer from Boss Energy Limited for the Jabiluka mineral lease. The offer was retracted following the Northern Territory government’s decision not to renew the lease. ERA is currently evaluating its options in response to the government’s announcement and has committed to maintaining transparency with its shareholders.
