Equinox Resources Limited has announced the appointment of Zekai (Zac) Komur as a director effective June 1, 2024. Komur has a starting interest in the company with 150,000 ordinary shares, 100,000 unlisted options, and 1,370,000 performance rights. Additionally, he has been offered 1,000,000 further unlisted options, pending shareholder approval.
