Equinox Resources Limited has reported a substantial increase in Director Robert Martin’s holdings, with the acquisition of 850,000 shares and an equal number of options. Martin’s total ownership now amounts to 1,399,242 ordinary shares and 850,000 options, following a shareholder-approved placement on May 10, 2024. The transaction was completed at a price of $0.20 per share, including the attached unlisted options.
