Equinor ASA has announced changes to its board, with Tone Hegland Bachke and Fernanda Lopes Larsen joining as new members, and Jon Erik Reinhardsen continuing as chairman. Bachke, with a strong financial background, is set to become CFO at SHV Holdings after a stint at Telenor ASA, while Lopes Larsen brings extensive experience from her leadership roles at Yara International. These appointments will be effective from July 1, 2024, until the next board election in June 2025.
