Shareholders were in strong agreement, with the majority of votes decisively in favor of key resolutions, including the adoption of the annual accounts, re-election of directors, and the reappointment of auditors. Notably, the authorization for the directors to allot securities and make market purchases of the company’s shares also received overwhelming support.
