EQTEC plc, a leader in waste-to-value energy solutions, has announced the successful placement of 35,887,491 new shares, raising an additional £502,425. This move is set to bolster the company’s innovative energy projects that convert waste into clean, sustainable energy. The new shares will be admitted for trading on AIM, expanding EQTEC’s share capital to 257,610,911 shares with trading expected to commence around June 14, 2024.
