EQTEC plc has announced that the conditional sale of land at Deeside Industrial Park has progressed to an unconditional stage, with a completion long stop date set for 16 August 2024. The company anticipates receiving £2 million from the settlement agreement with Logik Developments upon completion. A further update will follow once the contractual closing has taken place and the settlement funds have been received.
