Equitable Group (TSE:EQB) has released an update.
EQB Inc. has announced a revised payment date for the Q3 dividend distribution due to the original date falling on a Canadian statutory holiday. The dividends for common shares and Series 3 Preferred Shares will now be distributed on September 27, 2024, with all other details remaining as previously disclosed. EQB Inc. also confirmed the redemption of all outstanding Series 3 Preferred Shares with the redemption price to be paid by October 1, 2024.
