EP&T Global Director Increases Stake

EP&T Global Ltd. (AU:EPX) has released an update.

EP&T Global Limited has announced a significant change in the holdings of director Victor Van Bommel, with an acquisition of 7,276,050 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.02 each, under a conditional placement approved at the EGM. This change, effective June 27, 2024, has not affected the number of securities held directly but has increased Van Bommel’s indirect holdings to a total of 15,938,380 fully paid ordinary shares. The director’s dealings did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
