The Employees Provident Fund Board (EPF) has increased its direct interest in IHH Healthcare Bhd, with the acquisition of 800,500 ordinary shares on October 4th, 2024. This transaction raises EPF’s total direct holdings in IHH Healthcare to 898,838,112 shares, representing a 10.203% stake in the company. The registered holder for these shares is Citigroup Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd, held across various accounts managed by EPF.
