Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. has agreed to a Settlement to resolve a stockholder class complaint, establishing an $8.5 million fund, which includes a combination of company payments and insurance policy funds. This settlement, aimed at addressing claims against its former directors from before a pivotal 2020 transaction, is pending final court approval.
